Our Client has a global presentation and as an IT supplier considered leading in services that are offered. The company thinks "outside - in" and is very much quality driven. Customers are successful (mainly international) companies in the corporate- and enterprise segment.
Functie omschrijving
Key to the position of Global Client Director is to manage and grow a specific relationship within an assigned strategic key account. You are responsible to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within this account and as such realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting needs.
The Global Client Director contributes to the targets and objectives by implementing plans that ensure the achievement of these targets. You are experienced in generating demand by assisting the Client in identifying current needs (turning Client’s implied needs into explicit needs), and then effectively articulate how our Client can add value through their services and solutions.
Functie-eisen
• 5-10 years experience in a large IT organization;
• Industry knowledge at an exceptional level;
• In depth knowledge of Managed Services and a detailed understanding of MS or ES approach to business;
• A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and Client's service offerings;
• Demonstrated sales, Client engagement and business development experience with requisite understanding of relevant Client market segment;
• Seasoned and experienced professional with full understanding of specialization area;
• Networks with senior internal and external people in own area of expertise;
